This 4-week program will help you create healthier habits, not just around eating, but around living.
Every week will have a food-focused theme as well as a weekly intention – tending to both the body and mind. With the support of myself as your health coach you will learn to slowly integrate what works for you and sometimes leave the rest (or save it for a later date.)
